Topic: 3 Healthy Habits
I am presuming, that the title means 3 healthy habits that I have.
So without further observation, we begin.
I believe one of them would be going to bed at the same time each night. I try to get up at the same time every morning, Sundays don’t cooperate with this, and sometimes work wears me out and mornings are hard. Getting to bed at the same time consistently, usually happens. Usually. Honestly speaking.
When I have self-doubt thoughts and other negative thoughts and when I know I’m melancholy I most times try to flip it around to healthier thoughts. Most times, honestly speaking.
I have a habit of drinking lots of water. (Like everyone else, I know.)
So that’s that.
